I know everyone is talking about HAM, GRMS, etc........so here's my question:
I think one of the most likely scenarios that we will face is a small nuke/EMP. Having the radio capabillity should the SHTF would be great. But wouldn't the radios burn out as well due to the EMP surge? If not, then how are they shielded?
What I am looking for is someone to convince me that I'm not going to be wasting my time and money with a prep that I may not be able to use.
