From work to the Jeep Glock26 (ccw) loaded with Federal Hydra Shock 147 gr. +p 9mm hollows. Armed in the jeep with a Kel Tec sub2000 9mm carbine. Accepts Glock 9mm mags, interchangeability, same ammo. Few extra mags. This is a tangible means to making it home to the family. Home: Remington 870 tactical loaded with combo 3 in. hollow slugs and 2 3/4 Hornady 00 buckshot. Kel Tec plr 16, loaded with 75-77 grain boat tail hollow point .223. Foregrip on Kel Tec plastic single underail fore end. Kel Tec muzzle brake, Kel Tec single point sling and L3-EOTech red dot sight. Glock 17 loaded with previously disclosed 9mm ammo. G 17 sits comfortably in Blackhawk Serpa drop leg system. Magazines for .223 rifle are exclusively Magpul P Mags. 2000 rounds in reserve for each caliber. Many many mags for everything also. This is where I am undecided, got a POF USA p 415 16 inch Barreled piston driven AR on order. I have seen the new Sig 556, however the lack of reliable iron sights have turned my off. If they do a few upgrade to the next generation 556 I will look very hard at it. I also have an LWRC piston driven AR on order, Customer Service is horrible and am thinking of canceling. If anyone wants to put there 2 bit in I am always looking for feedback!

You will be waiting awhile for a LWRC rifle. They are working towards military contracts and are putting all their effort there. I have yet to see a LWRC rifle in the 2 years that I saw them debut at the 2006 SHOT Show in Orlando.
Umm..there ARE reliable sights for the SIG 556 rifle. Samsom makes a fine front sight and I would heartily recommend it.

Rear sights can be any of the ones designed for the AR15 family. I prefer the ARMS #40 or #40L but any made my Yankee Hill Machine, GG&G or Troy Ind. works great.
I have never liked the POF rifle system. While their machined billet lowers are nice, their gas piston uppers are far too bulky and large for my tastes. Wait a few more months for the Osprey gas piston system. I saw this at SHOT Show 2008 in Vegas and am sold on it. It is a drop in replacement gas piston system.
Their website can better describe it. For about $300 retail, I think its a winner.

I forgot to add that I was looking at the LMT gas system in the monolithic railed upper. Still undecided, looked at the Samson front sight and it looks great. Thanks for the advice. I do not own an ar 15 right now so I am not partial to a drop in, although it is always a good option I have hanging around. I to am a big fan of good ol' #40. Will look more into my options. Thanks again!
