windmills

Anyone here had success with windmills? Ours, and a number of our friends, have them break down regularly. Maybe not so reliable.

You get what you pay for, no doubt.

Did you see the video of the big commerical mill that went cyclic, lol? Brake failed in strong winds. Blades fragged and brought the tower down.

I don't like the visibility of a windmill. Too much of a "I live here!" marker.
