A Humerous Comment On Canned Meat

I don't eat "slung meat". Read the can and if it says "made from products removed by mechanical means" it's slung meat. That means they put the carcass that's left over from normal processing into this centrifuge that spins the thing so fast it physically slings the left over meat (muscle, veins, nervous tissue, marrow) off the bones and it's collected and canned. Mmmmmmmmm.
Don't eat slung meat. Spam comes from Spamalopes so it's OK.

Mechanically separated meat is just modern technology used to gnaw every bit of edible flesh off the bones and then suck out the marrow.

I used to crack open chicken leg bones and eat out the marrow. I used to chew up the gristley parts.

I believe it's what separates those who have known real hunger and those
who have not. Coming from where I was, to where I am now has really lowered the bar on what I feel is consumable or not.

Consequently, I have stocked up on what I consider a real "Treet"!
