This bag was found by AKFanatic and passed along to me.

$82 for such a small bag seems kinda pricey to me. I can get something like this at the local army surplus for alot less...
Nice bag though

Blackhawk has a similar bag called the "Battle Bag". Goes for $99.
I think I like yours better :)
Also $80-90 bucks is a good price to pay for quality bags of this type. the materials and stiching are far superior to the knock-off copies sold in Army surplus stores.

Even cheaper at the manufacturer's site.

To me, the first bag looks quite a bit larger. Look at the shoulder pad length in relation to the bag size on both bags.
Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me?

Here's a link to the bag from the first post. It is a different bag than the one in the second link.

Yes my bad... I did in fact post the smaller bag, but they both look good to me. I am going to order one and see how I like it. I have been debating for many months about a BOB to keep in the car, this may be a winner.
I will let you all know how it goes.

I'm interested to hear your review of the bag. It does look like a good design. If it is made in the USA the price it about right. If it's imported it's a little on the high side IMO.

From what I understand, it is made in the USA. I will find out for sure before ordering.

Not enough stuff is made in the USA anymore but the stuff that is made in the USA is generally of great quality

It may not seem important now but a balanced load will save time and energy and save from injury when carrying weight. I am not for any large amounts of weight carried on just one side as the spine will suffer even in the short term. Load bearing is a science and should be looked at carefully should you build a BOB.

"rifle bug out bag"
I like the look of the bag but I wonder how "low profile" someone looks walking around with a bag that has magazines in pouches outside the bag and carrying a rifle?
I'm not knocking the bag but I'm taking their description with a grain of salt.
Oh, look over there! There's a guy carrying a EBR! Oh, it's ok, he's carrying what looks like a camera bag too - pay no attention to him.....
